Large developments at the commercial precinct Goldtower will continue into 2023 according to the project’s executive director Paul McIver.
Mr McIver said multiple projects will be completed at Goldtower before the end of 2023.
“Next year 2023, early in the year we will complete Poppet Head Plaza and Treasure Towers,” he said.
“We've already got interest there for some tenancies which will be businesses that can grow and employ more people.
“When we're getting in the middle of the year we'll have another one to two new buildings starting.”
Mr McIver also said next year will include the opening of Australia’s largest ceramic tiled mosaic.
“It’s 75 meters long and has 5 million tiles and has taken 10,000 man hours to make,” he said.
“So that's the next big project and anyone can drive past and they will see where we're at with that.”
The mosaic is set to be completed by February.
