Greens QLD Senator Larissa Waters defended a book marketed to children which contains detailed illustrations of people participating in sexual acts.
Big W continue to stock books that are grooming our children, exposing them to sexually explicit and highly inappropriate material. pic.twitter.com/apyeHnyIqw

The Greens senator called the recent removal of the book, co-authored by Yumi Stynes and Dr Melissa Kang, from Big W stores as ‘outrageous.’
One Nation’s Malcolm Roberts accused the Greens QLD Senator on social media of ‘apologising for grooming.’
Mr Roberts disputed the Greens senator’s later claims that the book was ‘age-appropriate.’
“Books with graphic depictions of sex are not appropriate for kids,” he said in a tweet.
“Stop apologising for grooming.”
Key point: age appropriate.

Books with graphic depictions of sex are not appropriate for kids. Stop apologising for grooming. https://t.co/Htgm5fTiZf
The book called ‘Welcome to sex,’ and marketed toward children contains illustrations of people performing in sexual acts such as oral sex, ‘scissoring,’ and more.
Popular department store chain Big W have removed the books from stores but they are still available online.
