St Paul’s Anglican Church hosted a huge book sale on the 10th and 11th of February.

Pastor Colleen Brown said the book sale was a fundraising activity for the St Paul’s Anglican Church.

“It's a fundraising activity for our St. Paul's Anglican Church,” she said.

“Dawn (Willis) had a lot of books at her house, so she figured she would generously donate those to our St. Paul's community.

“Other people have also donated."

People have generously given their time to man the stall on Friday morning and Saturday morning.

“Lots of different titles, reasonable prices, and it's just so lovely to see so many community members come in, have a chat, buy some books, and ultimately raise some funds for our St. Paul’s Anglican Church.”

Pastor Colleen Brown said she would like to do more book sales in the future.

“It would be lovely to continue, maybe twice a year, to have book stalls,” she said.

“And then maybe the next plan is a raffle perhaps for mother's day.”
