The new Charters Towers podcast produced by Margflow Media, Towers Talk has been a smash hit according to the host and creator Jason ‘Wolfie’ Wolfgram.
Mr Wolfgram said the local reception to the weekly podcast which is designed to cover Charters Towers news has been positive.
"Following the release of Towers Talk last Friday, the community support we have received has been very positive with download stats well into double figures and continuing to climb each day,” he said.
Mr Wolfgram also stated that the podcast was a great way for locals to get news updates.
"Towers Talk is produced specifically for our region offering a balanced mix of content covering community news, events and other relevant information,” he said.
"Podcast consumption has grown significantly which suits a large and diverse demographic who want to be able to access content when it suits them and their listening habits."
The podcast is sponsored by the Charters Towers Regional Council.
