Charters Towers local Cody Smith has big plans for his gardening business “The Lawn Barber” in 2023 which includes full-time employment.
Mr Smith said the business has built a healthy relationship with rental properties since its conception in 2021.
“We have got a heap of clients with real estate and working for rental properties in town,” he said.
The Lawn Barber has expanded through Facebook advertising, good word of mouth, and through the purchase of equipment for bigger jobs according to Mr Smith.
Mr Smith also said 2023 is expected to be a successful year with further expansions of the local business.
“We want to go a little bigger in 2023,” he said.
“Probably get someone working full time.
“2023 will be a good year.”
